TypeScript identity

Production identity creation requires a configured CryptoBridge. Call setCryptoBridge with your implementation before createHmrIdentity or deriveAgentIdentity. Protected persistence requires an IdentityKeyProtector; a copied JSON profile is not a substitute for a signing-key custody design.
